**About Maxima**

**Our Client**

Located in North Adelaide our client, Aquatic Adelaide Centre, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team. It is a complex of indoor heated swimming pools operated by the Adelaide City Council.
The Centre also offers a creche, fitness centre, group fitness classes, personal training, physiotherapy, swim school programs, memberships, kids parties and has a swim shop and café.

**The Role**

Operating on a casual basis, you will be required to complete the following tasks:

- Responding to enquiries in a timely manner, providing a positive, meaningful, and helpful experience to all customers.
- Supporting all areas within the Centre by handling enquiries proactively and promoting appropriate products, services and programs to customers which meet their individual requirements.

This includes but is not limited to the sale and or renewal of memberships, multi visit passes, swim school enrolments and birthday party bookings using the Centre’s computerised Point of Sale system,
- Demonstrating a high level of initiative and judgement in dealing with customer concerns and feedback with the aim to resolve these items at the first point of contact.
- Maintaining product knowledge across all areas of the Aquatic Centre including fees and promotional activities.
- Understand and demonstrate adherence to all safe food handling procedures.
- Ensuring the presentation of food and products is always at a high standard

**About You** You are enthusiastic, know how to engage with customers and build great rapport. You are driven by leaving customers with an awesome customer experience and You are experienced with cash handling.

The required qualifications to be considered for this position include:

- A current National Police Clearance
- A DCSI Working with Children check
- Child Safe Environments Training
