Farina Pizzeria Ristorante is a vibrant, family-owned Italian restaurant located in the heart of North Turramurra. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food and memorable dining experiences to our guests. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Server.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure all guests have a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.
- Handle customer payments and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in maintaining the restaurant’s cleanliness, including tables, floors, and restrooms.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or serving role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- A passion for Italian food and hospitality is a plus
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification preferred.
