Synergie is seeking 2 On-call Customer Service Officers at Whyalla and Bordertown.

Assignment Details

Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while identifying opportunities to promote and sell products and services that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactionsIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutionsAchieve individual and team sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads or pending issuesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfactionStay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales (retail, call centre, or financial services experience preferred)Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsA proactive and results-driven attitudeAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
