The Role

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Excellent research and troubleshooting skills.
- Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology.
- Excellent customer experience and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 based operating systems.
- Intermediate computer hardware and software installation skills.
- Reliability & flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Teams Knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement IT & Communication Strategies from a Corporate perspective as required by EG Board.
- Procure & manage IT/Comms Assets in the business (Laptop, mobile phones, monitors etc.).
- Attend to & address Head-Office & Site IT/Comms queries before forwarding to outsourced providers.
- Attend to IT hardware & software’s, procurement & licences.
- Manage cyber security interfaces.
- Monitor & maintain computer systems & networks.
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot system & network problems, diagnosing & solving hardware or software faults.
- Replace parts as required.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation & relevant reports.
- Set up new users' accounts & profiles & deal with password issues.
- Prioritise & manage many open cases at one time.
