Mobilize are working with global owner operator who are looking for an Internal Communications Officer. This position is offered on a 6-month basis with the view to extend. You will be working in their Perth CBD offices reporting into the Communications Specialist. You will be driving engagement whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your main responsibility will be to develop and deliver communications for a large high profile project.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to implement and monitor an internal communication plan to ensure employees are informed and engaged on all policies, procedures and activity across the project
- Create engaging, multichannel content that reinforces how we walk the talk of our Core Values and are making progress on our mission and goals
- Find creative, engaging ways to share stories and information about the project team
- Building strong stakeholder relationships throughout the business and project to identify issues, provide advice and drive alignment
- Support the leadership team with content generation
- Provide advice on the effective use of existing internal communications channels

**Required skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations and to constantly push for results
- Minimum 5 years working in a communications or related field
- Exceptional writing, editing and proof-reading skills
