**About our client**:
Our client is a highly regarded and proudly Australian born resources company firmly on the pathway to renewable energy. They have been recently re-invigorated under a new Board and have secured market and external funding to enact plans for careful but rapid growth. As a recipient of a large part of that funding, their CIO is looking to grow the IT Division across multiple positions. Due to that growth, they are seeking an experienced ICT Project Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the PMO Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the successful delivery of mainly enterprise data projects across the business.

**About the role**:

- Coordinate and support the delivery of ICT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project plans and milestones are up-to-date and tasks are completed on time.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring that project progress is effectively communicated and stakeholders are engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project risks and issues and work with project teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
- Provide occasional administrative support to the PMO Manager, including taking meeting minutes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices within the business.

**About you: You will need to be an energetic and team orientated Coordinator with strong problem-solving skills. In addition, you will need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information technology, computer science, or project management
- Proven experience in coordinating ICT projects, ideally in a resources, mining and/or energy environment
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools including as PRINCE2, Agile, or MS Project
- High level communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with team-mates and stakeholders
- Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
