Our client a large and established retail and wholesale brand seeks **Accounts Receivable Assistant Team Leader** to be based out of their office in in the suburb of **South Brisbane.**

***This is a full-time permanent position with opportunity for career progression.**

**About the role**:
As an Accounts Receivable Assistant Team Leader (ATL), you'll assist in leading, motivating, and training your team to maintain positive relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers. Your focus will include team growth, process improvements, and efficiencies. Key responsibilities involve account reconciliation, end-of-month activities, and handling queries from internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely invoicing of chargebacks.
- Prioritize, meet deadlines, and provide direction.
- Hold the team accountable with a results-focused approach.
- Develop and support the team.
- Reconcile and analyse data.
- Collaborate with the offshore team.
- Manage internal and external escalations.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable or Financial Services
- Relevant qualification will be highly regarded.
- Travel Industry knowledge would be advantageous.
- Inspiring team leader
- Detail-oriented with a love for numbers
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Solutions-focused with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of Lumina would be advantageous.
- Experience in the Travel Industry would be advantageous.
