**Description**:
**Any day may see you**:
Due to rapid growth, we are recruiting for an Receivable Clerk with project-based systems experience to join the finance team
- Providing support to the Finance Manager, Management, and wider finance team.
- Collaborating with teams to work on various accounting projects.
- Performing reconciliations of accounts.

**Accounts receivable responsibilities**:

- Preparing and mailing invoices to customers.
- Processing and posting payments to customer accounts.
- Organizing and filing deposit receipts.
- Reconciling cash receipts and deposits.
- Any other ad hoc finance duties as and when required.

**Other duties may include**:

- Accounts Receivable / Payable projects.
- Finance Administration.
- Resolving payment discrepancies.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Here’s what we’re looking for**:
We are looking for an exceptional Accounts Receivable Clerk looking to join an ethical company and space to grow in their role
- Project based systems experience as well as accounting software and Excel.
- Previous accounts receivable experience.
- Additional finance experience favourable.
- The ability to prioritise work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Discretion with sensitive information.
- The ability to work to strict time constraints.
