This Manager, Delivery Capability role, within our Enterprise Technology team will see you driving excellence in Enterprise Technology and SCRR delivery capability with a team of RTE and Delivery Leads (10 - 20 colleagues). Your ability to coach and lead a team of delivery professionals to achieve successful business outcomes coupled with the right hands-on technical expertise will be critical to hit the ground running.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Coaching of Release Train Engineer and Delivery Lead capabilities, with a clear focus on supporting our delivery colleagues through the embedding phase of our recent domain transition
- Working closely with Sub-Domain Orchestration Leads and Delivery Leads to understand capacity requirements to deliver to Business Outcomes - you’ll be a master of matching skills, capabilities and personalities to the right work in the right team
- As a seasoned delivery professional, you’ll provide the onboarding support for new colleagues and provide SME consultancy where required to help your team deliver effectively
- With other capability leaders, you will own, develop and manage the RTE and Delivery Lead Community of Practice.
- You will live our PEAK and Distinctive Leadership values and use the processes and techniques to lead your team effectively
