**Key responsibilities**
- Facilitate dynamic learning programs across a range of areas, including Commercial Capability (Sales & Marketing), Business Fundamentals and Onboarding.
- Manage overall strategy, execution of Learning Needs Analysis and lead all phases of capability planning, collateral development, delivery, and measurement.
- Drive the delivery of various capability initiatives, from designing solutions to managing reporting and communication.
- Design all capability using a structured methodology and process.
- Ensure multiple pathways are considered for skill uplift including face to face workshops, online guides and resources, on-demand performance support etc.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend tailored capability solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external providers and industry bodies to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Change, Organisational Psychology, Business, or related discipline is desirable but not essential.
- Certification in Training and Assessment is desirable
- Proven experience in translating capability needs into actionable solutions.
- Strong facilitation skills with a focus on deep engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Knowledge of project management principles and planning.
- Experience managing capability development for large-scale organisation wide changes in a fast paced and complex organisation.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies including the 70:20:10 model.
- Collaborative, adaptive and skilled at effectively handling competing priorities in a complex, ambiguous environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to design simple, engaging, and effective capability collateral along with confident and adaptive facilitation style.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the business with diverse groups of people.
- Experience with Success Factors Learning desirable.
