**What's on offer?**

This is an opportunity to work as part of a team, manage a portfolio of customers and engage in meaningful stakeholder relationships. You will provide an awesome customer experience and will be the first point of contact when a customer requires information or updates on their build.

Responsibilities include:

- Communicate with key stakeholders to proactively gain build updates
- Ensuring Customers are regularly updated on the progress of their build
- Prepare all required documentation and administration
- Onsite key handover with our customers
