Insurance / Membership only client based in West Perth are seeking confident and fast learning Admin / Customer service Officers for various temporary and ongoing job opportunities within their Risk Services department

We are currently working with one of our Membership only Insurance clients based in West Perth who have various temporary job opportunities within their Risk Services department. These roles will be office based and you will be taking incoming calls and advising clients through the claims process, providing quotes and managing key accounts.

Location: West Perth

Start date: ASAP

Hours: Ful time hours, Mon - Fri

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of these roles include:

- Acting as the customers' first point of contact and providing exceptional customer service
- Providing personal protection Quotes for members
- Resolving members complaints
- Generate certificate of currencies for Members.
- Adjust Member protections and endorsements.
- Updating and maintaining member records
- Receive inbound queue calls from risk account managers (RAMs) and Members.
- Process member policy cancellations.
- Work closely with Risk Services Executives to provide the best service to members, assisting with policy renewal queries and upselling.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers

**Experience Required**
- Experience in a call centre or membership service environment
- Insurance experience highly desirable but not essential
- Experience utilising a variety of software and computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within set timeframes and meet deadlines.
