The Role
The Supply Planner will play a pivotal role in the Supply Chain Planning team, overseeing the planning and execution of new product launches, product transitions, and SKU rationalisations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including innovation, category, operations, and planning to ensure supply chain readiness and efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating inventory across multiple sites, managing planning data and systems, resolving process issues, and providing insights to optimise supply chain performance. This role offers the opportunity to influence key planning decisions and contribute to business-wide transformation initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will bring experience in FMCG or fast-moving consumer product supply chain planning, particularly in new product launches, innovation, or product phase-outs. You will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in planning systems, some exposure to SAP and Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy tackling complex planning challenges, and be motivated by making a tangible impact on supply chain performance.
