Our client is a leading consumer goods group specializing in distributing everyday products to major retailers in Australia. The Supply Planner develops and executes inventory plans based on demand, orders, lead times, and available inventory. They establish data analysis systems for quality outcomes and customer satisfaction, participate in S&OP meetings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure key planning KPIs are met. Your contributions in each of these areas are highly valued and essential to the organization's success

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs for both routine and special planning activities.
- Provide valuable insights into order dynamics, modifications, constraints, and plan viability during meetings and discussions.
- Supervise inventory status and lead the supply planning process using ERP systems and stakeholder input.
- Ensure accuracy in purchase orders, considering seasonal shifts, product lifecycle changes, and promotional plans.
- Contribute to monthly sales and procurement planning meetings while assessing the impact of key supply planning factors on sales performance.
- Participate actively in cross-functional projects across the organization.
- Monitor COGS fluctuations and incorporate market trends into costings, quotes, and pricing updates.
- Conduct thorough analyses of supply risks, identifying root causes and suggesting improvement strategies.
- Manage stock levels across all business channels, ensuring alignment with the company's inventory strategy, and fulfil regular and ad-hoc data and reporting requests from key stakeholders.
