The Supply Planner develops and executes inventory plans based on demand, orders, lead times, and available inventory. They establish data analysis systems for quality outcomes and customer satisfaction, participate in S&OP meetings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure key planning KPIs are met. Your contributions in each of these areas are highly valued and essential to the organization's success

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs for both routine and special planning activities.
- Provide valuable insights into order dynamics, modifications, constraints, and plan viability during meetings and discussions.
- Supervise inventory status and lead the supply planning process using ERP systems and stakeholder input.
- Ensure accuracy in purchase orders, considering seasonal shifts, product lifecycle changes, and promotional plans.
- Contribute to monthly sales and procurement planning meetings while assessing the impact of key supply planning factors on sales performance.
- Participate actively in cross-functional projects across the organization.
- Monitor COGS fluctuations and incorporate market trends into costings, quotes, and pricing updates.
- Conduct thorough analyses of supply risks, identifying root causes and suggesting improvement strategies.
- Manage stock levels across all business channels, ensuring alignment with the company's inventory strategy, and fulfil regular and ad-hoc data and reporting requests from key stakeholders.
