**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our client is a leader in health care specialising in dermatology, with a global portfolio of premium flagship brands and services. They pride themselves in delivering greater consumer engagement, generating better customer insights, and driving continuous innovation.

Due to significant growth, they are seeking a supply and demand planner. They will be responsible for implementing supply chain planning & operations plans, processes, and policies to support activities across multiple supply chain families. They will also develop and integrate plans that optimize the supply chain process.

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Implement Supply Chain Planning & Operations plans, processes, and policies to support activities across multiple supply chain families or develop/implement plans that optimize the supply chain process
- Contribute to developing management plans and policies to meet business needs
- Track the alignment of the Supply Chain Planning & Operations activities and reconcile any deviation from plans and processes
- Implement and execute Supply Chain Planning & Operations processes and policies through ongoing Supply Chain Planning & Operations support and solutions across multiple supply chain families or develop/implement plans that optimize the supply chain process
- Implement, execute, and maintain the programs and policies addressing capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals
- Collaborate other activities of Supply Chain Planning & Operations like customer inventory planning, cargo planning, and plans to improve logistics service center operations to support the employees.
- Participate in driving transformation and change of Supply Chain Planning & Operations practices

**REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE**:

- 4 - 6 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
