The role of Supply & Demand Planner is a varied role, working closely with our co-manufacturers & packers on production scheduling to ensurea they have the right raw materials to produce our products. It also ensures deployment of our products to the various Distribution Centres across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include:_**
- Develop production plans for all Contract Operations and follow through on performance vs plan.
- Order and manage supply of raw and packaging materials to ensure the production plans are supported
- Develop, and follow through deployment plans in accordance with the sales forecast and inventory plans.
- Liaise with the Contract Operations Manager on overall performance vs agreed KPIs
- Ensure accurate on-shelf and off-shelf dates for promotions through appropriate deployment plans.
- Lead the demand review by customer, providing understanding of forecast assumptions and changes by customer and category.
- Liaise with supplier production planner, import planner, customer service to achieve defined customer service levels.

Skills, experience & attributes sought:_**
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in Supply Planning gained from FMCG industry ideally. Experience with SAP ECC is preferred, however, will also consider SAP APO or another planning tool, well developed Excel skills are also essential. You will work with various internal and external stakeholders so excellent communication skills both written and verbal is essential for your continued success. A good understanding of production, inventory and sales is essential.
