We offer courses in various fields such as community services, children services, leadership & management, automotive, carpentry, building and construction, commercial cookery and hospitality, and information technology.

We are currently seeking for full-time experienced **Accounting Officer - NDIS.**The Accounting Officer - NDISwill be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines, and providing financial support to NDIS participants and service providers. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with budgeting and financial planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning and Budgeting**: Assist participants and service providers in creating comprehensive financial plans and budgets that align with NDIS plans and goals.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate financial records, including transactions, invoices, and receipts, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all financial activities comply with NDIS financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate with participants and service providers regarding financial inquiries, budget updates, and compliance issues.
- **Support**: Provide financial advice and support to participants and service providers to optimize their NDIS funding and resources.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in accounting, preferably within the NDIS framework or disability sector.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software preferably Xero, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of NDIS financial regulations and guidelines is highly desirable.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
