We are excited to offer a brand new opportunity to join our Finance Team as an Accounts Receivable Officer servicing both Parramatta Leagues Club and the Parramatta Eels National Rugby League Team.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide financial and administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.

This is a physical on-site position and you will be required to attend the office located at Parramatta Leagues Club. Work flexibility options will be available and can be discussed.

**Your duties and skills will include but are not limited to**:

- Reviewing and maintaining customer profiles and responding to queries
- Collection of customer invoices within appropriate timeframes and supporting customers with account reconciliations
- Allocation and follow-up of invoices and credit notes in finance system
- Supporting the Finance team with End of Month data and reporting

**About You**
- 3 years of relevant experience in a shared services finance function within a similarly sized organisation
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of invoicing and customer collections process
- Experience and grasp in the use of large ERP - Mediusflow would be advantageous
- Strong skillset across the MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail, adaptable to changing priorities and ability to problem solve
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
