**The Role**:
We’re seeking a dynamic **Sales and Admissions Coordinator** for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will focus on achieving maximum occupancy and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) targets while guiding customers and their families through the process of choosing a residential aged care home. You will play a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, health districts, and medical services to support the admissions process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in sales or customer service, preferably in aged care.
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Proven experience using CRM systems and healthcare technology. The ability to meet sales targets and manage competing priorities effectively.**Benefits**:
