**The Role**:
We are looking for a **Sales Manager (Independent Contractor)** with proven experience in the **pet food industry** and a strong track record of managing **Petbarn accounts nationwide**. This role will be pivotal in driving sales performance, expanding market reach, and strengthening relationships with key retail partners in Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow **Petbarn accounts across Australia**, ensuring sales targets and market objectives are achieved.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business reviews with Petbarn and other key accounts, identifying opportunities and resolving issues.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations to guide strategic decisions. Represent the company at trade events, training sessions, and account meetings as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a **Sales Manager** or Key Account Manager in the **pet food or pet care industry**.
- Demonstrated success in **handling Petbarn accounts nationwide**.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as an **Independent Contractor** while collaborating closely with the regional team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel nationwide for account visits, training, and client engagement.
