Our customers love us, and we can attribute a large part of this to our sales administration team. They are an integral part of the business.

**About the Role**

Based in Mascot; your duties will include.
- liaising with customers
- processing inbound sales
- updating client’s records
- managing invoicing
- collaborating with the servicing and sales teams
- assigning tasks to the appropriate team as necessary

**What are we looking for?**

We are a fast paced, growing business and looking for someone who is keen to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of the role.

For your resume to reach the top of the pile we are looking for:

- 1-2 years’ sales administration experience
- a great attitude - get-stuff-done whilst still having a laugh
- willingness to learn
- attention to detail
- someone who can think outside the square
- experience with Xero, Salesforce or ServiceM8 will be a considerable advantage, but not necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
