DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Sales Advisor, Key Accounts in Sydney.

As a Sales Advisor, Key Accounts, you will support the Key Account Management (KAM) team in maintaining customer relationships and contributing to the overall profitability of DSV. This role is heavily involved in following up on quotes required by our current customers and other administrational tasks as required, whilst capturing activity in DSV’s CRM. This role will report into the Senior Team Lead, Key Account Management.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Support the KAM to prepare customer proposals to assigned key accounts
- Collecting, evaluating and managing the pricing information to increase sales GP
- Identify opportunities with key accounts based on customer research and development
- Supporting implementation, in line with company blueprint
- Driving and actively managing the use of company CRM - Dynamics
- Ensuring quotations are created in Cargowise and Client rates are managed for auto rating
- Becoming the contact to navigate inter-office quotations, agreements or regional pricing improvement
- Attend customers meetings when required

**About You**:

- Experience in international freight forwarding, with a sales pricing background and strong understanding of the customer market place
- Knowledge of Key Accounts and relationship development
- Previous experience in working in high energy team environments
- CargoWise One experience
- Proficient verbal & written communication skills
- Experience utilising Microsoft Office Applications
- A “Can Do” attitude
