Our client is looking for a talented and driven Marketing Executive (Retention) to join their agile team. You will the responsible project lead for customer segmentation, data analysis, and utilising various software tools to enhance their customer retention strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise customer data and conduct a thorough analysis to identify key customer segments to develop workflows using the marketing automation software.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance, customer behaviour, and other relevant data to gain insights into customer retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted retention campaigns across various channels including EDM workflows, micro landing pages, and remarketing advertising.
- As the Marketing Executive of the retention focus you will be the marketing lead.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of retention campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Work closely with other teams such as product development, sales, and customer service to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' strategies related to customer retention.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, specifically in customer retention.
- Proficiency using various software such as CMS, SharePoint, Google Ads, Similar Web, AI programs, Adobe, Microsoft Suite, and Sprout.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in customer segmentation and data analysis.
