About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate event registrations.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities- Marketing Strategies - Support and independently execute comprehensive event marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.- Campaign Execution - Develop and execute campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.- Understand Your Customer
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and target audiences.- Brand Management - Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing touchpoints.- Content Creation - Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.- Analytics - Track and analyse marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.- Collaborate & Innovate - Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Proven experience in marketing roles, ideally within a B2B environment.- Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and content marketing.-
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.- Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.- Passion for learning and professional development.- High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
