Our client is looking for someone seeking a long term career opportunity in Office Management for a Plumbing Company based in Carrum Downs.

They are a well established and thriving plumbing business who require an Office Manager to assist them with the day to day demands of the business.

This role is intended to ensure their small team of Administrators are well trained and guided to enable them to complete their work competently and in a timely manner.

**RESPONSIBILITES**
- Manage the head office day to day functions
- Provide strong leadership and focus to the administration team
- Promote a safe workplace and ensure Safe Work Procedures are followed by all staff and contractors
- Delivery of more complex administrative work and tasks; and
- Ability to influence change
- Leadership and training to implement new processes and systems
- Oversee all paperwork & record keeping
- Monitoring all Administrator workflows to ensure required time frames will be met, adjusting workloads and tasks between people as required to meet all deadlines.
- Be responsible for administering the company secretarial tasks
- Undertake general office management tasks
- Other ad hoc tasks as and when required

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Experienced in leading administration teams
- Previous leadership / people management experience
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities from multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail, with great time management and organisational skills
- A proven history of Administration duties
- A sound understanding of safety in the workplace is required
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Strong work ethics & willingness to learn and take on extra duties
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
