We are a registered electrical contracting business focused on providing high-quality electrical services to our customers. SNS Electrical contractors cover all electrical work across all domestic and commercial projects. We are committed to providing a service that constantly exceeds the expectations of our customers. As an electrical services business, we achieve this by being reliable, timely and particular about the quality of our work.
Our company is expanding and require a hard working, fun and motivated office administrator to co-ordinate the scheduling of our team.
**About the role**:
- Scheduling and booking jobs for our electricians
- Using cloud based job management programs
- Engaging in a high level of customer service and being able to communicate effectively with our clients
- Multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment
- Communicating effectively with the team
- Assisting the director with PA duties when required
**To succeed in this role you will have**:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proven administration experience with scheduling experience preferred in a similar role or industry (but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Bright and friendly phone manner
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to be flexible
- Reliability, honesty and commitment
- A positive and hard working attitude
The hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. Our office is located in Carrum Downs.
