We’re looking for an experienced **Accounts Payable Officer** to join our growing team in the **blind and awning industry**.

If you're organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with ERP systems, we’d love to hear from you.

**What you’ll do**:

- Process supplier invoices, and payments accurately and on time
- Keep track of orders, delivery dockets, bills, and account balances
- Manage supplier accounts, including reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain company vehicle register.
- Work within the team to keep things running smoothly
- General Administration tasks

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in an accounts payable/ admin role
- Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel and OutlookExperience using **ERP systems**, ideally **MYOB Advanced/Acumatica.**:

- High attention to detail and good time management
- A team player with great communication skills
- Knowledge of basic Accounts Receivable is an advantage.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
