We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor to join our Talent team and support the broader People & Culture function across Lendlease Australia. This role is a full-time permanent position based in Barangaroo, Sydney.

As L&D Advisor you will drive and coordinate our initiatives to build and develop skills and capabilities to meet the needs of our people and the business now and into the future.

The role is key to enable our people to attend and access Learning & Development activities across the Australian business and support the individual business units and teams.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Understand and support the full learning lifecycle, incorporating; training needs analysis, program design, implementation, facilitation, administration and evaluation.- Provide learning advice and direction to individual Lendlease employees- Coordination and administration of learning programs across Lendlease Australia- Reporting and data analytics on learning and development activity- The ability to critically review and provide recommendation to the business, talent and P&C teams regarding learning initiatives- The ability to review external providers and ensure fit for purpose design and facilitation that meet the needs of Lendlease- Having a commercial mindset when engaging with external providers- Manage relationships and coordinate initiatives with Lendlease preferred suppliers- Leverage our current learning platform (Workday) and content to determine Learning Pathways- Deliver and support initiatives related to the L&D, Talent and the Global People Strategies- Ensure alignment with other functions and business initiatives to reduce duplication- Support the Lendlease Australia Onboarding and Induction process

To see success, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a Learning or Organisational Development advisor role- Knowledge of best practice in managing blended learning programs- Experience in coordination and managing logistics for training programs-
- Project Management skills- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
