**The Role**

The team manage the delivery of all Network Environments to
support testing outcomes for all Business Units and Outcome Groups.
The Portfolio Planning Manager (PPM) drives the development and maintenance of a rolling 6 to 12month delivery plan for business aligned portfolios of work within the team in order to optimise business outcomes.

**Skills required**:

- 5+ years experience in technology delivery / software development / network development and in
particular planning.
- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills - able to work in a collaborative manner in cross functional
teams and influence decision making.
- Strong Communication Skills both written and verbal, able to convey complex issues simply to enable decision making.
- Comfortable working with the business to define priorities and support broad investment strategies.
- Ability to build strong relationships with Business Stakeholders, Delivery Managers and Delivery teams.
- Expert in using Jira and Confluence to support Agile planning, delivering and reporting.
- Expert in MS Project, Excel or other tools to support planning and dependency management.
- SAFe certification is desirable: eg. Scrum Master, Agilist etc.
