**Introduction**:
About you
As Transition Specialist you will ensure all end of tenancy tasks and processes are followed once received from the client support team to ensure clients have a timely and effective resolution to their tenancy and where required assist clients to transfer or remove the barriers to re-enter social or affordable housing. You will prepare and undertake dispute resolution practices for civil and administrative cases through the tribunal in NSW and ACT.

The Role
The Transition Specialist based in our Gregory Hills or Bowral Office focusing on:
- Collate paperwork, documentation and evidence
- Represent Argyle Housing at Tribunal
- Work collaboratively internally with other functions to ensure the client needs are appropriately or adequately addressed and other functions are updated with relevant information (e.g. vacant property)
- Conduct end of tenancy audit
- Undertake advertising of available properties (for affordables)
All other reasonable tasks as directed by manager
**Skills and Experiences**:
Selection Criteria
- Cert IV in Social Housing (desirable)
- Up to date knowledge of relevant tenancy and housing legislation
- Knowledge of social housing policies and procedures
- Sound understanding of social and community issues impacting on social and affordable housing clients
- Sensitivity and understanding of cultural and socio-economic characteristics
- Current driver’s licence
