We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Assistant Development Manager (ADM) to work within our New South Wales Communities business.

Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, we have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join the team based in our Barangaroo office, spending 1-2 days onsite at the project. As Assistant Development Manager you will play a critical role in all aspects of the residential development process; from design to delivery of subdivisions and parks, including planning and authority approvals, procurement, and production through to the civil works, maintenance sales and marketing.

The role will include:

- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the project, from the design phase to delivery, including planning and authority approvals, procurement and production through to the civil works and on/off maintenance phases.
- Providing data, analysis and support to ensure the financial performance of the project and its stages are in line with the project’s Commercial Assessment and Business Plan.
- Maintaining key client and stakeholder relationships where appropriate in addition to internal stakeholder liaison and project team coordination.

You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature. A good understanding of common planning issues coupled with commercial acumen which will prove invaluable when working to business plans, forecasts, and budgets.

To be successful in this role you will have industry related tertiary qualifications as well as previous experience in land development and/or master planned community development delivery and demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external consultants/development functional teams.
