**Your Impact**
- Lead and develop a team of Facilities Managers across QLD on a mix of Ultra-Premium, A-grade and some B-grade assets
- Act as the key client interface, delivering strategic property advice and ensuring exceptional outcomes
- Take full ownership of budgets, contracts, compliance, capital works and lifecycle planning
- Foster a proactive, high-performing team culture that delivers operational excellence with pride
