As our Visual Merchandiser Lead for Queensland, you’ll bring the SHEIKE brand to life through elevated in-store presentation, creative direction, and a deep understanding of the customer journey. Reporting into the Head of Store Visuals, this role is responsible for curating and executing our visual merchandising strategy across a portfolio of stores, shaping how our customers experience SHEIKE from the moment they step inside.

**The Role**

You will lead the visual identity of your region — ensuring every space reflects the SHEIKE story with beauty, consistency, and intent. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Curating and implementing SHEIKE’s visual merchandising strategy across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
- Partnering with the Head of Store Visuals to align local execution with national brand vision and seasonal direction
- Championing a balance of creativity and commerciality — making thoughtful decisions that drive both experience and performance
- Enhancing store layouts to spotlight key collections, new arrivals and best sellers in meaningful ways
- Leading, inspiring, and developing our Field Visual Merchandisers (1 x direct report) and store teams through hands-on training and clear guidance
- Identifying regional opportunities and trends, tailoring solutions to maximise customer engagement and conversion
- Setting high standards of execution across all doors, while embracing the uniqueness of each store environment
- Elevating in-store storytelling with fresh concepts, localised styling, and impactful VM moments
- Sharing insights and results to help inform and evolve national VM direction

**About You**

You are creatively driven, commercially minded, and deeply passionate about fashion. You bring:

- 2-3 years’ experience in multi-site visual merchandising, ideally in premium or fashion retail
- A refined eye for style, trends, detail, and spatial design
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide and inspire those around you
- Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
- The confidence to influence and the curiosity to innovate
- A hands-on approach and a natural ability to balance brand identity with commercial impact
