Pratek Automotive Pty Ltd is a heavy vehicle repair specialist located in Arndell Park NSW 2148. Our hours of trade are from 7.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m Moday to Friday.

We are currently looking for staff who can fill a Service Assistant role.

**Your role will be**:

- Answering phone calls
- Managing bookings
- Writing Job Cards
- Following up jobs and supplying parts to the mechanics in the workshop
- Ordering parts
- Entering completed Jobs in the system, ready to be invoiced
- Working with customers over the phone and in person
- Working with Spreadsheets, MYOB, and Word
- Will require some lifting, climbing trucks and using steps.
- Monitoring stock

**To be successful, we require**:

- That you are able to work individually but also as a team.
- Being organised is a must, as you will be handling all the bookings and arranging parts for all future jobs.
- Punctual, as you will be required to be at work, so that you can notify the mechanics which jobs have attended the workshop and allocate the work.
- Able to assist customers and staff with any enquires and bookings.
- Are able to lift, climb trucks and use the step on a daily basis.

Full training will be provided in this role.

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Phone manner: 1 year (preferred)
- Face to Face Customer: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
