Your new Talent & Acquisition role will see you working for a well-established, large blue chip organisation that is going through positive organic growth across Australia & New Zealand.

The brand is recognised as a leader in its field as they are committed to innovation and investing in its people. Their diversification of interests means business is booming and due to this expansion, and movement in the team, they are now in need of another two contract internal recruiters. This is a collaborative, goal-orientated environment, where the recruitment team is highly interconnected with the HR team and the business.

You will join an established internal recruitment team, reporting to a Talent Acquisition Manager, working as part of a larger HR team. You will usually work on 15-20 roles at a time nationally, managing these end-to-end using PageUp. The majority of roles are filled directly and could be any combination of site-based blue-collar roles, as well as a variety of white-collar roles including Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, IT & Digital.

More specifically you will be:

- Stakeholder engagement to partner closely with the business to attract and recruit best talent through innovative sourcing solutions;
- Proactive sourcing through a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn Talent Search, Seek Talent Search);
- Work together with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver effective recruitment outcomes and collaborate by sharing knowledge, ideas, and key talent
- Involved in the onboarding process.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Internal end-to-end recruitment experience ideally from white and blue collar, multisite environments;
- Strong relationship-building skills for internal and external stakeholders;
- Team-focused approach with a consultative and collaborative style;
- Existing work rights for Australia.
