We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded ICT Business Analyst to join our College. This role plays a key part in bridging technology and business strategy — helping us leverage digital solutions that drive operational excellence, enhance customer experience, and accelerate business growth.

You will work across departments to analyse business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure ICT initiatives align with our strategic objectives. Your insights and recommendations will directly influence how we innovate, optimise processes, and deliver value to our stakeholders.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ICT, digital transformation, or enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a talent for translating complex technical concepts into business language.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Understanding of data analytics, integration, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud, automation) that enhance business performance.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, ICT, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Mandarin speaking highly desired, fluent English is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years experience.
  • Must have higher education Australian Qualification.
