At Altar Decks, we specialize in deck staining and construction, committed to delivering top-notch services to both homeowners and businesses. As a Deck Staining Technician, you'll be responsible for rejuvenating outdoor wooden structures through cleaning, staining, and sealing. Your duties will include:

- Surface preparation and treatment
- Ensuring quality finish and coverage
- Adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborating with team members and clients
- Equipment maintenance and workspace organization
- Assessing and addressing restoration needs
- Using the best machines in the industry

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in deck staining or painting preferred
- Knowledge of wood types and treatment products
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Painting and decorating certificate (preferred but not required)
