Our Graduate Nursing Program

We are committed to providing a supportive and immersive environment for early career nurses and midwives to transition into independent practice. Our comprehensive graduate program is designed to enhance clinical skills, accelerate career growth, and offer opportunities for specialization.

Career progression and professional development are key components of our program, with dedicated support from experienced professionals at site, state, and national levels. Graduates will have the opportunity to participate in rotations within their chosen stream, gaining hands-on experience and developing valuable skills.

We prioritize the well-being of our staff, offering annual leave during the first rotation, as well as paid study days, peer networking, and mentorship opportunities. Our benefits package includes discounted health cover, Maxxia Rewards, Fitness Passport, and EAP services.

To be eligible for this program, applicants must provide evidence of Australian working rights, complete a nursing or midwifery course after 1st June 2025, and commit to a minimum of 30 hours/week on a rotating roster including AM, PM, night, weekends, and public holidays.
