**About this role**:
International studio is seeking an Architectural Graduate to join their team and work on large scale multi-residential, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Demonstrated experience in contract administration and across all phases of the design process, from concept through to construction. A strong set of design, communication, collaboration, and delegation skills are essential. Immediate start.

**Key responsibilities**
- Contribute to concept, design development and documentation to gain alignment with stakeholders
- Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors
- Undertake project reviews: problem solve, budget, and produce quality design
- Production & coordination of drawing packages

**Skills and experience**
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Advanced Revit/BIM
- Experience working on large, complex projects
- Strong coordination and construction detailing experience
- Understanding of commercial and retail environments
