Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified and experienced educator to lead our team of educators in delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the needs of children from 0-5 years.
The Lead Educator will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
They will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting educators to develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality care and education to children.
- Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of children from 0-5 years.
- Lead and mentor educators to deliver high-quality programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to achieve centre goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in leading and mentoring educators.
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
- Current Working with Children Check.
