Tasic Designs is a boutique building design and drafting practice based in Gold Coast QLD. We specialise in high-end Renovations and New Builds. We deliver cutting-edge designs that fit our clients lifestyle and maximise the value of their asset.

We help our clients bring their visions to life by creating beautiful and functional spaces that reflect their unique style and needs. Our practice also offers services such as House Extension, Carport Design, Front Fence Design, Pool & Pool Area Exterior Design and Facade Makeover, Deck Design and overall Drafting. We also provide Interior Design services and 3D Renders for property sales marketing.

We take a holistic approach to design, considering everything from the flow of the space to the selection of materials, to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with the end result.

Due to company growth we are currently expanding our drafting and design team. Currently everyone is working from home and we’re soon all to move into our new Gold Coast office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Able to work independently and self check one's own work.
- To take on a project from start to finish.
- Collaborate with your team on residential and commercial design projects.
- Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications and construction documentation within allocated time frames, meeting building codes and specifications using Revit or ArchCAD software.
- Design, document and coordinate projects, to council approval stage.
- Liaising with clients and coordinating town planners, certifiers, structural engineers and other external parties, involved in your projects.

**Skills/Experience/Qualifications**
- Genuine interest and passion in creating unique homes with like minded professionals.
- Good eye for detail.
- A Strong Residential Design portfolio.
- Relevant qualification from Tafe, University or equivalent.
- 2+ years of residential design experience.
- Highly proficient in ArchiCAD or Revit.
- Solid knowledge of the NCC, BCA, QDC, Australia Standards and residential construction methods.
- Project delivery time management skills.
- Good communication skills (written / verbal).
- Australian permanent resident/citizen with a driver's licence.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Freelance
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $900.00 per week
