- You must ensure that the team and yourself is providing the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- You must be a strong team player, creative and self-motivated and willing to undertake a hands-on role so you may lead from the front
- You have an outgoing personality, positive attitude and loads of initiative
- An energized leadership style that is authentic, engaging, and supportive
- Experience in working in a busy restaurant, or other quality venue in a hands-on customer facing role
- Demonstrated high levels of planning, organizational and decision making skills
- Knowledge of all operations and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standard of personal hygiene and professional presentation
- Have a passion for the industry, customer service and guest experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, late nights and weekends

**Your main tasks and responsibilities will include;**
- Training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences
- Hiring new team members and on-boarding them
- Manage your team, including staff performance reviews, rostering staff, resolving any employee issues including grievances
- Ensuring food/beverages/desserts is prepared, presented and served to the highest standard
- Ordering of stock from various suppliers
- Office administration duties such as paperwork, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies
- Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
- Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety

**Salary**: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
