**About the role**
Redcape Hotel Group is currently seeking a passionate and caring hospitality professional to join The Wattle Hotel's Leadership Team as our Gaming Manager. You would assist the Venue Leadership Team to successfully lead & operate the Hotel's Gaming Room in a hands-on role that combines both FOH and BOH duties.
Please note, previous experience in the same or similar role is a mandatory requirement.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Supporting the Venue's Leadership Team with day-to-day gaming operational requirements, your main responsibilities will include;
- Leading a team of gaming staff as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Adhere to legislative requirements & maintain compliance related duties.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays within our Hotel's operating hours.
- Possess a current/valid RSA & RSG
