**About the role**

Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate & caring customer centric individual to join our Leadership Team at The Wattle Hotel as our Bottle Shop / Retail Manager. You would lead your collective Team to successfully operate the Bottle Shop in a role that combines both FOH & BOH duties.

- Experience in the same or similar role is a mandatory requirement
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

- High standard of physical fitness & manual handling as it can be a physically demanding role. Coupled with the ability to complete tasks that require heavy lifting which may be repetitive in nature, working unsupervised and within WHS guidelines.
- Experience in hospitality senior leadership positions is preferred but not mandatory

- High standard of cash handling skills
- A current/valid RSA certification.
- Forklift License (preferred but not mandatory)
- Computer skills that translate to communicative requirements and effective stock management

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day business operations of the Bottle Shop. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

- Leading the Bottle Shop Team, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.

**Salary**: From $78,475.00 per year
