**Assistant Manager / 2IC - Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in daily venue operations
- Managing function bookings and ensuring smooth execution
- Staff rostering and team leadership
- Stock control and ordering
- Opening and closing the venue
- Supporting the Venue Manager in all aspects of running the business

**Casual Front of House Staff**:

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous hospitality experience (especially in bar, bistro, or events)
- Great energy, initiative, and a team-first attitude
- A passion for customer service and working in a fast-paced environment
- Availability across a rotating roster including nights and weekends
- RSA certificate and full working rights in Australia

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
