**About the role**

The Reporting Leader is responsible for supporting the governance, operations management, and delivery of essential transitional services across Suncorp, to facilitate the seamless divestment of Suncorp Bank from the Suncorp Group. The Reporting Leader will provide comprehensive insights and reporting on commercial, regulatory and service management outcomes against metrics and KPIs to ensure the effective provision of services to Suncorp Bank.

**What you'll do**
- Provide regular and ad hoc reports on service delivery metrics, incident management, and user access
- Manage change requests, governance, performance data, finance, billing, project management, and dispute resolution
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to identify key reporting and analysis requirements
- Gather requirements, extract, analyse, and manipulate data to generate insightful reports
- Interpret and document business critical insights to support decision making
- Ensure data integrity, data security and regulatory compliance in all reporting activities

**What you'll bring**
- 5+ years in hands-on data development and analytics
- Experience working in a fast-paced collaborative cross-functional environment
- Advanced data manipulation and visualisation skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical and technical stakeholders
