We're looking for a Solution Consulting Advisor to help shape the future of AI and technology initiatives. In this role, you'll coordinate new business and technology ideas, run initiative workshops, and support the development and tracking of transformation projects. You'll work closely with innovation, design, and transformation teams to manage the idea pipeline, prioritise opportunities, and report on progress across the portfolio. This is a dynamic role at the front door of change, driving enterprise-wide engagement and supporting strategic decision-making.

**What you’ll do**
- Coordinate idea evaluation and early-stage solution design with Innovation and Business Design teams
- Support planning and collaboration with business and tech teams to align solutions with strategic goals
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across groups
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to shape solutions
- Provide leaders with clear updates, reports, and dashboards on initiative progress and risks
- Assist in identifying, designing, and refining AI-driven solutions to improve business processes
- Report on the impact and value of AI initiatives

**What you’ll bring**
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. technology, data, business, economics)
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience with project management tools
- Background in consulting, ideally in financial services
- Skilled in translating business needs into practical solutions
- Understanding of business cases and risk management
