**About the Role**

The Road Delivery Officer is to support the team in the delivery of road maintenance (routine, resurface and rehab) work packages, including the assessment of pavement and drainage conditions, and assist with the preparation of high quality project approvals in accordance with corporate guidelines under broad supervision. This role will support the Victorian Road Maintenance Contract (VRMC) across the state.

**Position Outcomes / Accountabilities**
- Perform duties under broad supervision.
- Exercise independent judgement in work scheduling to achieve desired outcomes
- Use negotiation and Influencing skills to achieve successful outcomes
- Co-ordinate projects within defined scope
- Prepare reports and briefs on issues for consideration by key stakeholders

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Mandatory**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant or related discipline

**Desirable**
- **Experience with asset management or maintenance field
