**Purpose**
This role forms part of the Program Management Office (PMO) to help deliver exciting programs of work across
Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience and Valuing Our People.
As an expert change agent, you will help navigate strategic, tactical and people-focused aspects of programmatic
change in a creative and innovative way, using a positive and structured change framework that it is fit for purpose
every time.
This role will also design human-centered communications, that inspire, motivate, and clearly articulate what is
expected, and how we get things done.
**Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Facilitate the delivery of best practice program and project change (from strategy and planning, to execution
and sustainability) across the business through consultation.
- Define and lead conversation with stakeholders on successful change adoption (including executive and people
leaders) to support and drive the capability uplift and understanding of change across the organisation.
- Work closely with our people, to embed a change mindset and provide fit-for-purpose support to project
sponsors, people leaders and other stakeholders as required, so that positive programmatic change
management practices become a cultural norm.
- Assist with the procurement of external change resources on behalf of the organisation if required, for the
implementation of large transformational projects.
- Develop human-centered change and communications plans for strategic programs of work in consultation with
internal stakeholders, including the Communications and Engagement team.
- Work closely with the HR Change and Communications Lead to ensure a seamless end-to-end positive change
experience for our people.
- Work with your fellow team members to develop and maintain a suite of best practice modern change
management tools, as part of a wider Program Management Framework to be utilized by the organisation.
- Provide timely, responsive support & advice to program stakeholders and project teams to address blockers and
support communication, delivery, adoption and usage of programs of work.
- Prepare and present business cases, detailed reports and briefs on strategic change matters, and work closely
with Project and Program Leaders to ensure one-view integration of information.
- Ensure records and databases within your area of responsibility are stored correctly, maintained and up-to
