E-commerce Merchandise Specialist

At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we are looking for a detail-oriented **Junior Ecommerce** **Merchandising Specialist** to support our Senior Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist in driving seamless customer journeys across our sites.

**About the Role**

As our Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist, you'll play a vital role in optimising the online product journey and delivering engaging shopping experiences. From building low-code web pages to creating and updating categories, your contributions will ensure our digital platforms are strategically aligned with business goals, SEO best practices, and customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Effectively display, rank, and prioritise products to guide the optimal customer purchase journey
- Build and maintain low-code landing pages to support marketing, promotional, and strategic campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing to execute seasonal launches, product drops, and promotions
- Create and update categories and navigation to enhance customer journeys and reflect SEO insights
- Manage Fred Hopper functions and utilise Page Builder to support marketing and merchandising activities
- Work with the content team on product uploads and website management as needed
- Partner with marketing to develop and implement SEO-focused site content and enhancements

**About You**
- A passion for eCommerce and delivering outstanding digital shopping experiences
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency in managing category creation, navigation updates, and SEO best practices
- A collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and SEO teams
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
